Tell us which surfaces you ride, approximate weekly distance, and whether the bike is for commuting, sport or family use. Vague questions get careful but slower replies.
Visit
We are based at Altlandsberger Ch 1, a short ride from the eastern edge of Berlin. Appointments for editorial conversations are by arrangement — please write or call first rather than arriving unannounced.
Public transport: S-Bahn and regional connections serve the Hoppegarten area; cycling from the eastern districts is straightforward on marked routes. Parking for cars is limited — arriving by bike is usually the easier option.
Map
No. Klenzegen is an editorial desk, not a shop. We publish guides so riders can decide more clearly before they visit a dealer — we do not sell bikes, book fittings or run a showroom.
We aim to answer within two business days during Monday–Friday office hours. Messages sent at weekends are handled on the next working day.
Please write or call first. We are a small editorial team and cannot reliably host drop-in visits. Appointments for editorial conversations are arranged by email or phone.
We publish in English and can reply in English or German. Choose whichever is clearer for your question.
