Enquiry messages are kept as long as needed to complete the conversation and for a reasonable follow-up period, unless a longer retention is required by law. Server logs are rotated on a limited schedule. Cookie choices remain until you clear site data.

Hosting and email providers may process data on our behalf under contract. We do not sell personal data. If tools transfer data outside the EEA, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
